Grape varieties :
30% Tempranillo
25% Syrah
25% Cabernet
20% Garnacha

Night during the first week of Octubre. WINEMAKING: After stripping, passing the stainless steel tanks to ferment at controlled temperature between 24 and 28 º C. During this process we provide a series of pumping to control the temperature of fermentation using a novel system that allows us to break and cool hat, through a deposit "OBI". The aging in 225 liter French and American oak, where he remained four months.

The year 2008 was a difficult year in relation to the rains started with a very dry winter, followed with a very wet spring and finished with a dry summer. This involved great risk of fungi in our control plots without any problem for our grapes.  The budding was developed normally in the vineyards. The two periods of drought in winter and summer did enough to self-regulate the plant in terms of production leading to reduced crop. Anyway, harvest the grapes at present a state of optimum health and aging .The reduction in output and smaller size of the berries, I think a higher percentage of skin on the pulp and therefore a greater concentration of properties were ideal for making wine together with the technical control of viticulture, determining factors in producing a quality vintage.
