WINEMAKING:

VINTAGE 2009
The year 2009 has been a good year climate for growing vines. Regarding the rain, began with a very cold winter and the plant arrived in the spring with plenty of water reserves, followed with a normal spring rainfall for the area and finished with a dry summer, but in our area had two three storms that left us very good rains so that our fruit reaches the optimum point of maturity without any water stress. Budding was developed normally in the vineyards. And during the growing season of plants not seen any pests in our fields, which we harvest a fruit in a state of health and aging very optimistic. The production of our parcels not exceeding 5000 kg / ha, get with it a smaller size of the berries, I think a higher percentage of skin on the pulp and therefore a greater concentration of properties that benefit us when make our wines. We can consider 2009 as a great year for the plant, the fruit and its impact to the wines of this year.









Vineyards 
Chardonnay grapes come from two vineyards, one planted in 2001 on a calcareous soil, half of the Sierra of Estada, located plot at 600 meters above the sea level.
The strains are grown on trellises planted a frame of 1.3 x 3 meters.
The other vineyard was planted in 2007-calcareous sandy soil near the cellar with a planting trellis frame of 1.20 meters x 2.60 meters.

TASTING
Pale straw yellow wine with green hints .Aromas tones of white fruits and tasty citrus. Tasty and wide in the mouth.
